It is your sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and it is a violation of the terms and conditions for you to share it with others. Where you have another colleague who wishes to use the resources we request that you ask them to sign up too.
 This is important as it allows us to:
Effectively monitor true usage of the resources;
Support better understanding of the needs of users;
Better develop future resources across the key stages;
Report effectively to the relevant authority who has subsidised/funded the resource (where appropriate) and secure continued funding.
We also support parent requests for paid subscription resources where the school will be issued with a unique code to accommodate home learning.
If you use a shared device to access the resources it is your responsibility to ensure you log out at the end of every session.
It is a violation of the licence agreement for you to share/distribute/reproduce the resources with others in any form. You must not alter the resources in any way. If you have any suggestions of how we can adapt/amend the resources to support you or others better then please let us know.

Any material or information downloaded is subject to copyright terms. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute (other than in the terms set out in the acceptable usage guidelines), by any means or in any manner, any material or information downloaded from this website.

Technical

We cannot be held responsible for technical limitations of the end user for any reason. The site has been tested on multiple platforms and devices and it is strongly recommended that you keep your preferred browser up to date. Due to the various interactive elements on the site it will not function effectively on mobile phones.
All material available for download has been screened prior to upload for viruses/malware. Any material downloaded is at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer/device system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
The site has had no uptime/availability issues and we have no bandwidth restrictions on use. We do not, however, guarantee that the website will operate continuously without interruptions. If any downtime does occur, due to either server issues or maintenance/ security requirements, users will be made aware via email.
We may include links to other websites or resources for your convenience and to provide further information. You accept by accessing them that we have no control on the overall content of these sites, including any advertising displayed on them.

If you breach these terms and conditions your account will be terminated along with all others associated with your school/organisation. 
You understand and agree that we will monitor your usage of the service to allow us to determine whether a violation has, or is, occurring.
