The Eco Centre was designed, built and equipped with the environment in mind, including exciting renewable technologies and green design features.

The building contains the following facilities:

• A fully equipped classroom staffed by a full time qualified teacher.
• A public ‘concourse’ area with interactive educational displays, tourist information and toilet facilities.
• A conference facility fitted with modern audio-visual equipment.
• A warm, welcoming coach drivers’ lounge with a shower, comfy chairs, newspapers, kettle, water cooler and microwave.
• A shopmobility unit where you can hire out scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs and power assisted chairs. It is open Mon - Fri, from 9.30am to 4.30pm (please call to confirm).
• A hands-on ‘energy’ garden packed with eco friendly features.
